Stressed Out? You need the Making a Break Project

Rachel
January 17, 2019

REPEAT AFTER ME: Respite is not a program.

Okay, respite is not *just* a program.

Many families don’t qualify for formal respite due to eligibility criteria. Others just don’t know about all the different ways you can create space in your schedule and find resources to take breaks.

If you have been stressed or feeling like you’re on the edge of burn out, YOU NEED RESPITE. Let us help you think through what will work for your unique situation.

Denise Brown, from Caregiving.com, Renee King, from Tech.Ur.Elders, and yours truly are joining forces to help you put a plan in place to take a break. We’ll meet virtually and use Zoom so you can connect with us from the comfort of your home.

Learn more about the project and sign up here: https://www.caregiving.com/2019/01/making-a-break-project/
